How quickly will I get my product after I have placed my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day if all items are in stock. If portions of your order are on backorder, your order will ship once all items are in stock. All orders include ground shipping. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to express, please select this at time of checkout. Additional charges will apply.

 

Where does my product ship to?

Your product will be shipped directly to the shipping address you enter during the checkout process.

 

How do I pay for my order?

If you are an employee, you will be required to enter a PO# at time of checkout.
If you are a dealer or a guest user, you will be required to pay by credit card at time of checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

 

Can I return a product?

All items are customized for Brand Blvd. This means we cannot accept returns. If there are issues with the quality of the product ordered, please contact stores@brandblvd.ca who will be happy to assist you.

 

Can I change or cancel my order if I make a mistake?

If a mistake is made during the ordering process and you realize it after you have submitted your order, please contact stores@brandblvd.ca within 24 hours and we will do what we can to help.

 

Can I order something that I cannot find on the webstore or co-brand an item?

Of course! If you are looking for something other than what is currently offered, check out shop.brandblvd.ca for more ideas.
You can also contact Brand Blvd directly at stores@brandblvd.ca to place a “Special Order” or get details on co-branding an item.
